drama workshops for schools
Established in January 2000 Bigfoot has become a leading light in the field of arts education across the UK.
Our specially trained performing arts experts, called Bigfooters, visit schools to make learning irresistible! They can work in any educational setting and bring with them a wealth of skills and techniques to help children realise their unique gifts and talents whilst encouraging them to explore ways to use positive behaviours and interactions with each other.
Do you want us to visit your primary school? Get in touch with us and we’ll do the rest!
We deliver educational drama workshops to schools across the UK. We can deliver a workshop that specifically introduces styles and practitioners.

Bring your subject to life through the magic of movement, sound and drama.
The session uses creative word games, movement exercises and improvisation to inspire your children’s learning and highlight your subject matter in a way they will love to remember.
The workshops last for three hours and includes short breaks for notes.
Led by one of our alumni practitioners, the workshops are an introduction to the Fourth Monkey way of working and include two main elements: a Complicté-based element on Ensemble and a Character Building element, with an emphasis on tension states, archetypes and building characters through physicality. There will also be opportunity to chat with the practitioners about our training and future opportunities, as well as get their personal perspective on the Fourth Monkey training experience.
Fall Drama Classes will be conducted online and begin Oct. 13. Registration opens September 21. See programs below.
After a wonderfully successful summer full of learning and discovery, we are excited to be returning this Fall for more drama online! Our online drama classes are active, imaginative and a fantastic way for kids to have fun with friends, old and new! Our priority is to create online spaces for students in which to feel safe, exercise their creative muscles, and build a community of friends. We keep our class sizes small, so that every participant has the time and space to engage fully, build trust, and has plenty of opportunity to play and create. Led by our experienced faculty of professional artist educators, participants will dive into their imaginations, develop their vocal and physical performance skills, as well as play with improv and theatre creation, discovering new characters and stories.
Welcome to Anna Fiorentini
Our part-time drama schools in London work with children aged 4-18 years. We offer training in performing arts, as well as encouraging and supporting students with confidence and self-esteem. Whether they dream of being an actor or working in the industry or simply wish to enjoy taking part in a drama school, students will be given the chance to develop and explore.
Richmond Drama School strives to educate and inspire students who want to enter the performing arts industry or continue onto further education. The Drama School includes tutoring in areas such as text work, voice, physical theatre (Lecoq based), film and TV work, preparation and presentation of audition material, sight reading, stage combat, dancing in various styles, and movement.
A high number of our students go on to degree courses at leading drama schools – recently to such as Court Theatre School, Drama Studio London and Stella Adler in New York. Others go straight into all areas of activity and employment undertaken by actors.
