In the USSR, university education provides training primarily in the most important areas of the humanities and natural sciences.
The term “university education” also means the totality of general and specialized knowledge and skills that enable a university graduate to solve problems that he encounters in industry or to perform scientific research or pedagogical work within the area of specialized knowledge that he has acquired.

The College of Education at the University of Florida ranked No. 2 in the 2020 U.S. News & World Report rankings of America’s Best Online Graduate Education Programs. The college has been in the top one or two spots since 2015.
New this year are rankings for online specialty areas where UF earned top ranks based on peer assessment. Overall, UF maintains a place of leadership as No. 15 among the nation’s public education colleges in U.S. News & World Report’s 2020 annual rankings of America’s Best Graduate Education Schools.
